Boat Transfers
Transfers are on Wednesday
Saturday only. If traveling any day other than specified transfer
day, a special charter must be reserved at an additional $450.00
- $900.00. Our boat departs/arrives from in front of the Tackle
Stop fuel depot in Dangriga.
Climate
Climate is sub tropical, with temperatures ranging from the mid
80's during the day to the low 70's at night. A light jacket or
sweater can come in handy in the evening in the winter. Water temperatures
ranging from 75 degrees- 85 degrees F.
Reservation Policy
A deposit of $200.00 per person is required to reserve a cabana
90 - 60 days prior to departure. Balance of total cost of package
is due 60 days prior to departure. Full payment is required for
island/ inland combo packages 60 days prior to departure. You may
make your reservation by telephone, fax, mail or e-mail. Checks,
money orders, VISA, Master Card and American Express are accepted
for deposits and final payments.
Passport and Visa Requirements
Visitors to Belize require a valid passport and return/onward tickets.
Visas are not required for citizens of the U.S, Costa Rica, Austria,
Mexico, European Union, Commonwealth or Caricom Nations.
Visas are required for all other Nationalities and can be obtained
from any Belizean embassy, consulate or British Embassy. For specific
information please contact the Belize Immigration and Nationality
Department.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit less $100.00 is refunded if cancellation is more than
60 days prior to departure. Cancellation 60 - 30 days prior to departure
a refund of 50% on package cost will be returned. Cancellation less
than 30 days prior to departure no refund will be given.
But 60% of total cost of package can be credited to a future stay
of the said client within 1 year of cancellation based on our availability.
"Unused portions of accommodations, meals and/or activities are
non-refundable for any reason whatsoever".
Insurance
All outdoor experiences involve risk and we all must recognize that
accidents, bad weather or illness may occur. Please have adequate
travel insurance coverage and should include cancellation insurance
in case of last minute postponement.
Liability, Safety and assumption
of risk
We assume no responsibility and therefore are not liable for injury
to trip members, lost or damage to personal belongings or for time
and expense incurred in late arrival or emergency, while being transferred
by land or sea to destinations!
We maintain an excellent safety record and place final responsibility
for safety on your shoulders. There are risks involved in outdoor
activities and you must sign a Waiver of Liability before engaging
in any activities.
If for reasons beyond our control because of extremely bad weather,
engine mechanical failure or otherwise, we reserve the right to
cancel transfers and will not be held liable for time lost but will
assist in alternative plans or accommodations!
