What happens after you inquire

Use the trip builder to select your stay and activities, check availability and review itemized prices before secure checkout. Your booking is confirmed after payment verification. Contact the team for custom or unpriced arrangements; a contact message alone does not reserve inventory.

Already planning a visit?

Include your booking or inquiry reference when contacting the resort, particularly if you are discussing a payment, a transfer connection or a change of dates. Existing guests can also use Manage my booking to access the available booking-management options.

Travel-day questions

If your connection changes, contact the team directly rather than assuming the boat can wait. Scheduled transfers are on Wednesdays and Saturdays; private transfers on other days need advance arrangement and a separate confirmed cost.
