Coordinate before committing to connections
Start with your island dates and the Wednesday or Saturday boat schedule. International arrivals before 1 pm are recommended by the resort for same-day connections, but this is not a guarantee: immigration, onward flights and weather can cause delays. Have staff review your proposed itinerary before purchasing tight connections.
Pack for an outdoor island stay
Bring light clothing, swimwear, a rash guard, sun protection, a hat, reusable water bottle and comfortable footwear. A dry bag helps protect items during boat travel. Keep essential medication and documents with you, and discuss equipment rental rather than assuming all personal snorkeling or diving gear is included.
Meals and individual needs
The published accommodation arrangements include three daily meals. Advise staff in advance of allergies or dietary requirements so they can confirm what is possible in a remote setting. Early fishing departures or longer outings may need packed meals arranged ahead of time.
Be ready for a remote setting
Island conditions differ from a mainland hotel. Discuss accessibility, air-conditioning requests, important communications needs and your preferred bedding before booking. Connectivity and services should not be assumed to match city standards. Check entry requirements with the relevant authorities for your nationality and itinerary.
Your checkout and confirmation
Build your trip, review itemized prices and check availability before secure checkout. Your booking is confirmed after payment verification. Bookings made 75 or more days before arrival may pay a 50% deposit; the full balance is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings inside 75 days require full payment. Custom or unpriced arrangements need staff assistance before checkout. Refer to your booking confirmation for inclusions and payment deadlines, and review the cancellation terms before paying.
