Coordinate your journey
Read getting to Isla Marisol and confirm your mainland connections and island transfer with reservations before finalizing travel. Use the actual boat time and instructions confirmed for your party. Weather and operating conditions can change a plan; follow the latest staff guidance.
Complete your private pre-arrival forms
For confirmed stays, pre-arrival invitations are scheduled two weeks before arrival. Short-notice bookings receive their invitation within that window. Each adult needs an individual private form link; contact reservations about additional adults and parent or guardian arrangements for younger participants.
Submit medical information only through your secure form, never by email. If a link expires or you need help, contact the resort. Learn more on the pre-arrival information page.
Pack for the boat and reef
Keep travel documents, essential personal items and a change of clothes accessible for the journey. Plan sun protection, comfortable island clothing and protection for electronics. Review our island packing guide and confirm rental equipment before relying on it.
Plan activities around your group
Review diving and snorkeling, then share your experience and preferences with the team. Your final outing route and timing depend on conditions and the participants. Boat assignments do not replace a guide’s briefing or any required eligibility checks.
