From trip builder to confirmed booking
Choose your stay, dates and activities, then review your itemized total and availability before checkout. Available inventory is temporarily held while checkout is in progress. A booking is confirmed after payment is verified; saving a draft or sending a contact message does not confirm a reservation.
Payment timing
Bookings made 75 or more days before arrival may pay a 50% deposit. The full balance is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made fewer than 75 days before arrival require full payment.
Custom arrangements and conditions
Custom or unpriced arrangements, including off-schedule private transfers, require staff assistance before checkout. Boat schedules and activities may change with weather and safety conditions.
Changes and cancellations
Review the booking and cancellation terms displayed during checkout before paying. Refer to your booking confirmation and use Manage my booking or contact the resort to request changes or cancellation. Requests are subject to the applicable terms and staff review.
